Principal Of Lokpriya Foundation

In most of the school curriculum, the teacher and students are dedicated only to getting the highest score. All classroom works are done towards academic gain. But we at LPIS, teacher, and students dedicated to not only passing and scoring highest scores but alongside academics, the student learns about themselves building relationships, how they manage emotions, and more.
Lokpriya conducts School After School (SAS) activities that holistically support health and social, emotional, and identity development. With the help of SAS activities, the children learn to manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain positive relationships, and make a responsible decision.
School After School includes a large number of activities like Dance, Music, and Instruments, indoor and outdoor games, art and craft, technology creative activities, and above all yoga sessions for the children.

Field trips and Tours

LPIS does not believe in just the traditional method of teaching, i.e. lecture method. There has been a paradigm shift in the teaching methods used by Lokpriyans trainers. One of the methods available and effectively done at LPIS is known as ‘Educational Tour or a Field Trip’. Lokpriya School conducts an Educational Tour or A Field Trip to a place away from their normal place of study. The purpose of this trip is to provide students experience outside the classrooms or labs. It also provides an opportunity for non-experimental research and helps bring all the students to a common platform irrespective of their social, economic & cultural background.
While on an educational tour/field trip students have the opportunity to have a lively discussion in an informal setup. Experience gathered during a field trip to vineyards, hotels, tourist places, factories, breweries, etc. are of immense benefit to students and help make learning fun and long-lasting.

Photography and video editing

We at LPIS not only teach but encourage students to upload their videos of experiments, co-curricular activities, art, and craft which are self-edited and designed. Photography is a wonderful stress reliever for the children, inspire their imagination, it brings the child closer to nature. Photography may start as a hobby but later may become a career for the child.

Social welfare program

Children take part in social welfare programs. We do not have to teach them “sharing is caring” it automatically comes through the welfare program they take. They share their learning with unprivileged children and people. In the long run, the child learns to give back to society what he has received from it.
